INGREDIENTS
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced into thick half- moons
- 1/2 red onions, sliced into rings
- 1/2 green pepper sliced
- 10 black or green olives
- 1 /2 teaspoon red wine vinegar and dried oregano
- 1/4 of a cup extra virgin olive oil
For the dressing
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and papper
1/2 tsp dreid oregano
2 tspextra virgin olive oil
INTRUCTIONS
Preparing the Salad:
Was thoroughly and straint the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the onions into rings, cut the cucumber in thick slices and place everything in a large bowl. And add the olive oil.
Toss and Mix:
Season with salt (don’t add too much because the olives are salty enough) and pour over the extra virgin olive oil and vingar. Toss everything together, to mix the flavours.
Serving:
Serve the Greek Salad with feta cheese on top, a dizzle of olive oil and dried oregano. Time to enjoy with lots of crusty bread aside!
